Unity Bank boosts savings culture in Nigeria

ut2Unity Bank Plc is poised to boost the savings culture in Nigeria.

The bank recently displayed this commitment by rewarding loyal customers, who have maintained a fixed minimum balance for a period of 45 days in its savings promo tagged – ‘Aim, Save and Win.’

In a statement by the bank, the three-in-one promo is aimed at encouraging long-life savings culture either towards a particular project or for unforeseen events. The promo is to afford customers the opportunity to win various prizes ranging from LED TVs, empowerment tools for artisans, Kia Rio cars, among others.

 

The Executive Director, South, Unity Bank, Mr. Umar Mahmood, at the grand finale of the promo in Lagos, explained that the idea was to promote the savings culture. And also, a way of giving back to the customers for their loyalty. Umar explained that the bank is committed to building a mutual relationship with its customers to foster seamless financial services.
