Oyetola remains Osun State Governor as court nullifies Adeleke’s petition

The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal has affirmed Governor Adegboyega Oyetola as the winner of the 2108 Osun State Governorship Election and has therefore, nullified the judgment of the Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal which had declared Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party winner of the September 2018 poll.
