Mallam Mele Kyari, the Group Managing Director (GMD) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has explained that the Corporation is looking forward to having a partnership with Dangote Refinery in order to turn Nigeria into a fully fledged fuel-exporting country.

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has revealed that it would increase Nigeria’s crude oil reserves to 40 billion barrels by the year 2025.

As a result of the seven-day ultimatum issued to the Federal Government on Wednesday 31st July, 2019 by NUPENG, the representatives of the Nigeria National Petroleum Company and leadership of the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers are presently meeting in Abuja to avert the industrial action. 

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, has revealed that the country’s fuel subsidy spends rose by 1,174 per cent in the first two months of 2019.

In order to continue its exchange of crude oil for refined fuel, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has contracted about 34 companies to carry out the deal.
