Star Lager wears a new look, now available in draught

The flagship beer brand of Nigerian Breweries Plc, Star Larger has unveiled an all-new label and great taste. The beer brand also announced that it will now be available in draught. A draught beer (also spelled draft beer) is a beer served from a pump, cask or keg. The new Star lager was unveiled at the first “Access the Stars” concert which first took place in Abeokuta and at a second concert in Lagos.

International Breweries Posts N3.8 billion Loss despite 230% Revenue Increase

International Breweries Plc, the Nigerian unit of Belgian brewer Anheuser-Busch InBev recorded a net loss of US$10.49 million (N3.8bn) for the year ended December 2018 despite strong revenue growth of 230% to US$332.97m (N120.6bn). The company said that the growth was driven by the launch of its new brewery in Sagamu, Ogun State as well as a strong marketing push by the company.
