Chinese telecom giant, Huawei has launched a fresh legal battle against the US government over the claim that it poses a security risk. This came after the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) put curbs on rural mobile providers accessing a $8.5bn (£6.5bn) government fund to buy Huawei equipment.
