President Muhammadu Buhari has reappointed Godwin Emefiele for a record second term as governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to the delight of many Nigerians and disappointment to some critics.

Godwin Emefiele’s first five-year term ends in June and he could be reappointed.
