The Supreme Court on Tuesday heard arguments on an appeal by the Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, seeking access to the Independent National Electoral Commission’s sever.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has denied having any server. The electoral body said it had no server where results of the February 23 presidential election were uploaded.

Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has released the “unique MAC address and Microsoft product ID of the INEC server” from where the 2019 Presidential election results were obtained.
