Buhari urges Adamawa people to vote for Tinubu for posterity

Buhari urges adamawa people to vote for tinubu for posterityPresident Muhammadu Buhari, has urged the Adamawa people to vote massively for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate in the Feb. 25 presidential election, for posterity.
Buhari said this at the APC presidential campaign rally in Yola on Monday, urging them to also vote for the state governorship candidate of the party, Sen. Aishatu Binani in the general election.
“I am here today soliciting for your votes for our candidates on the platform of APC.
“Bola Tinubu will work acidulously for the nation and you should also vote for Binani as the first female governor of Adamawa.
“You people of Adamawa you will make history by voting the first female governor and we are proud of her,” he said.
Addressing the crowd, Tinubu urged the electorate to get their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) ready to vote for the party’s candidates at all levels in the general election.
Tinubu said that the state was in the process of making history by voting for a female governor in the March 11 governorship election.
He pledged to create employment opportunities for Nigerian youths as well as work toward alleviating poverty in the country, if given the mandate in the Feb. 25 poll.
Also speaking, Binani called on the party stakeholders to work in concert toward victory in the general election.

She appreciated the people in the state for their support and solicited for their votes during election for more dividend of democracy in all sectors of life.

Sen. Abdullahi Adamu, the APC National Chairman, tasked APC stakeholders to work harder for the victory of the party in the state and county at large.

He urged Nigerians to vote for Tinibu as the next Nigeria president and Binani as the state governor in the 2023 general election.
