Twitter Opens Analytics Dashboard To All Users

Back in July, Twitter released a new analytics dashboard for advertisers, Twitter card publishers, and verified users.

A bit like Google analytics for tweets, it allows you to gauge the performance of each and every tweet you send; how many people saw it, and how many of those actually clicked your links.

Twitter has now opened this feature to all its members.

News of the change came from the company’s front end engineer, Ian Chan, on Thursday.

“Absolutely thrilled to open up access to analytics.twitter.com to EVERYONE. Check it out, and let us know what you think!” he said on his Twitter page.

An article titled, “Tweet activity dashboard”, posted on Twitter’s help centre confirms the news. The dashboard should now be open to every account that has been open for at least 14 days.

Twitter users would be able to see how people engage with their tweets in real time, compare tweet activity month over month, see how tweets trend over time and click on any tweet to get a detailed view of the number of retweets, replies, favourites, follows or clicks it received.

You can find the newly unlocked analytics dashboard right here.
