Nigeria-based phone retailer, Slot System Limited says it will expand its business to other West African countries, as it plans to boost revenue in the coming years.

The phone retailer will continue to maintain a benchmark for international best practices in selling mobile phones, computers, laptops cameras and their accessories, said Slot’s CEO, Mr. Nnamdi Ezeigbo at the company’s 15th anniversary celebrations.

According to him, consumers are becoming increasingly aware of their rights and benefits and as such, Slot benchmark on international standards in order to offer the right prices and products.

He added that complaints by users of mobile devices in Nigeria had drastically reduced because of the huge investment in effective customer care by operators, adding that Slot has “partnered and advised other equipment manufacturers on the need to improve on the quality of their products and after-sales services.”

While predicting that the prize of Smartphones would continue crash, Ezeigbo said Slot will continue to provide the needed after-sales support for customers using Smartphone and feature e-phones and other gadgets purchased from its retail outlets.

With about 35 stores spread across the nation, Slot had provided employment to over 450 Nigerians and business opportunities to hundreds of contractors and service providers through its stores over the years, the CEO added.
