A UEFA poll has seen Fernando Torres voted the best piece of business in the recently closed transfer window.
Torres joined AC Milan after he didnt leave up to expectations in Chelsea. He also didnt perform up to expectation after he joined the Italian side; hence he was sold out to his old team Atletico Madrid; and has been a man reborn for Atletico, scoring in games against Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Torres won the poll over other new signings like Xherdan Shaqiri, Wilfried Bony, and former Chelsea teammate Andre Schurrle, who now plays for Wolfsburg.
