The national conference has taken a break to provide space for drafting of Rules and Procedures of the Conference which would be issued alongside the 1999 Constitution (Main and Amended) to the delegates on Thursday ahead of their resumption on Monday.

It is interesting to know that the conference has adopted the second stanza of the national anthem for the opening and closing of its sessions instead of religious prayers. The stanza it is believed contains enough words of prayer needed for the conference.

Delegates were also on Tuesday given working documents. Among the documents handed over to delegates was the Report of the Political Bureau (1987); Report of the Constitutional Conference (1995); Report of the 2005 National Political Reform Conference (2005); Constitution Review Report (1995); Report of the Presidential Committee on the outstanding issues on the Review of the Constitution, July 2012; Implementation Guide of NPRC 2005; and Policy Recommendations
