Airtel communications had been cheating me for some time past but the worst happen between October and December 2013. In October 2013 i subscribed for 200 MB on my line 08125985032 but was unable to connect till it expired in November Despite their promises and message that it will be rolled over if i recharge again, which i did,alas not only there was no roll over i was unable to connect again and the MB was wiped off in December . I made more than 70 calls to the call agents and made 3 trips to their office at Ado Ekiti without any success . I felt bad not only because i lost my money for the service not rendered but because of what i suppose to have done at that point in time which i was unable to do on the internet.
