Customer Service Week: Banks recommit to customers’ satisfaction

The banks said this against the backdrop of the commemoration of the 2024 Customer Service Week (CSW).

They made the commitment through their official X handle on Monday, saying that customers’ trust in them had enabled their banks to consistently make progress.

First Bank Plc on its X said; ”we believe in delivering exceptional service that goes ‘Above and Beyond’ just for you.

”You are always our priority. Happy customer service week,” First Bank said.

Fidelity Bank Plc, on its X handle also said ”going above and beyond for our customers is more than just a promise.

”It is our reality every day and we wish you Happy Customer Service Week”.

Guaranty Trust Bank on its part wrote, ”You are the heart of our success in our operations.

”Our commitment to you guides our every interaction, every decision and every action to go above and beyond again and again.

”Thank you for the trust you continue to invest in us. Happy Customer Service Week,” the bank said.

Also, United Bank for Africa (UBA) Group on its X said, ”you are at the heart of everything we do, and it is because of you that we continue to push boundaries. ⁣

”Thank you for trusting UBA, here is to go above and beyond every day,” the bank said.

On its part, Access Bank wrote to its customers ”Dear Valued Customer, we are thrilled to celebrate this special week dedicated to you.

”Your trust in Access Bank inspires us to consistently go above and beyond in serving you.

”Thank you for trusting us and for being a part of the Access Bank family. Happy Customer Service Week,” it said.
